Some respiratory sounds like stridor, wheeze etc are sometimes described as musical sounds.

What is the definition of musical sounds in this context?

Our respiratory sound (both vesicular and bronchial) are not musical…one can easily appreciate it on auscultation. vesicular sound is muffled in nature and bronchial sound is something like blowing thorugh a pipe. So musical respiratiory sound is something that is more like a tune…you’d know at once you hear it.
